What is the mission or purpose of your business?
Champion Mentors was founded with the purpose of being the best disability service provider the
world has ever seen.
At Champion Mentors we believe:

Tell us a bit about your business.
Champion Mentors was founded on September 13th 2019. We operate across QLD, NSW and VIC. Since our founding we have hired over 100 people.
What services do you offer?
We offer one on one support, group activities, adventure camps, short term accommodation, non
face-to-face support plus much more to come.
What advice would you offer to a new startup?
Do not create a startup for the sole purpose of making money. Create a startup with a real mission,
vision and genuine purpose, no matter what industry.
What has been your biggest learning since starting your business?
Personally, I have learnt many things. One of the most important things I have learned is to always
make time for recreational activities, health, fitness and family, no matter how busy you get.
How has being a client of QMC helped your business?
Working with QMC has helped elevate our business to the next level. Professional consulting has
helped to legitimise our policies and procedures. It is a great feeling knowing that you have a
