Nicole has over 25 years of direct experience in management and service delivery roles across human services in the public, private and non-profit sectors. Nicole has particular expertise in Disability, Ageing, Housing, Education and Health. She has a passion for helping individuals, organisations and communities connect with their strengths and thrive.
Nicole enjoys working with teams and organisations to clarify and articulate values and embed these in practice to create positive culture change. She has a knack for big-picture thinking, and is quick to identify opportunities for streamlining systems, maximising efficiencies, and helping organisations to achieve sustainable growth.
Nicole is a Gallup accredited Strengths-based coach and certified Change Management professional. For over 20 years, Nicole has facilitated strengths- based individual and team coaching and development, to achieve positive culture shift and operational transformation to small and large organisations. Nicole also has expertise in program and service evaluation, human resource management, strategic planning, research, policy and project development and delivery.
She brings an evidence-based approach to her work, applying best-practice models and proven frameworks to achieve credible results.
Nicole’s qualifications include: Master of Human Services Management, Graduate Certificate in Accounting and Financial Management, Bachelor of Social Science, and a Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training. She is also trained in conducting workplace investigations.
Nicole spends her free time in nature, on foot, bike or skis. Her ultimate goal is to become a ‘snowmad’ and follow the winter around the world. Nicole is also Chair of the Board of Northern Rivers Community Foundation and volunteers alongside Jill the kelpie with Story Dogs.
