Which were unhelpful in the situation? Which were helpful, or would have been helpful if you had been able to apply them?
Remember that emotions, thinking, and values & beliefs are the things we can’t see. Behaviours and results are what we can see.
Using a worksheet like this can help reflect on a situation to see what worked well and what didn’t work. It allows us to see what we could do differently in future.
